普烈舍伦广场因为有斯洛文尼亚民族的伟大诗人弗兰茨.普烈舍伦的雕塑而得名。这里曾经是卢布尔雅那城门所在地。广场位于市中心，就在三桥旁边。广场一边是斯洛文尼亚国歌之父普列舍伦的雕塑，另一边是他恋爱的女主人公Primi? Julija女士的浮雕。
