查尔斯河 Charles River

查尔斯河是马萨诸塞州东部一条长约192千米的河流，源自霍普金顿，向东北方向流过23个镇、市后在波士顿注入大西洋，河流的名称来自英格兰的查理一世。南岸是波士顿城区，那里有古老的灯塔山老建筑聚集区，也有着摩天大楼聚集的CBD区。北岸则是著名的剑桥镇，学术氛围浓厚，哈佛大学与麻省理工学院均座落于此。查尔斯河风景最漂亮的一段为Boston Common的北面沿Beacon Street向西。
