台湾村，位于邓州城西北45华里张村上营、冠军两个行政村的上营、下营、尖兵营(现称张许村)三个自然村，横跨邓州至内乡公路，湍水、扒鱼河相滨临。台湾村现居住着45户人家，共220人，占地46200平方米，系台湾高山族的陈氏家族。如今他们的长相、性格、婚丧嫁娶、及家庭成员的称谓，都保留着台湾高山族的独特风情。
